• Current government issued photo identification

• Age 18 prior to clinical or field experience during the program
• NREMT Certification eligibility requires a person to be 18 years or older and have 高中文凭或普通教育文凭
• Students not meeting eligibility requirements may take the course for credit and may be eligible to attempt certification exams upon meeting certification requirements.
• Keep in mind some requirements have time constraints.
• See Immunization Tab for required immunizations.

Tuberculosis (must be less than one year from the last date of the quarter you are 在课堂上):
